I had intended on sending this much sooner. After traveling for six weeks, it took a bit of adjusting to get back to reality!
I really don’t know where to begin other than to say Thank you for ALL you and your incredible staff did to make our trip a once in a lifetime memory.
I would like to start with Susan. What a treasure she is. In my life I have never worked with a Travel Agent that was so knowledgeable and thorough. The hotels and restaurants that Susan helped us choose right down to every excursion were spot on. Our days went by seamlessly.
As you know, Bruce got on the Spa and Nürburgring tracks. Our accomodations were perfect. We had a few days in between tracks and Susan enthusiastically suggested we stay at the Hotel Schloss Rheinfels. We were more than delighted when we arrived at this beautiful castle. Our suite was fabulous and the most gorgeous view of the Rhine River out our window. Right out of a fairytale!
As you know, after the tour we had much more to see. Off to Vienna. We arrived at the beautiful Hotel Imperial and were told we had been upgraded to the Royal Suite. This was such a surprise! This suite is like no other. We were given a tour by the hotel historian that had been with the hotel for forty years. We were fascinated by history of the Hotel. We were astonished to hear the names of Royalty and celebrities that had stayed in the very Royal Suite we were staying in! We felt like Royalty during our stay. Our dinner that you arranged with Hans and Gitti was delightful, and we thoroughly enjoyed spending the following day with Hans as our tour guide! Thank you!
We finished the last segment of our trip enjoying the gorgeous hotels and had fantastic tour guides in Salzburg and the South of France. The driver you arranged for us in the South of France was actually a stunt race car driver! Bruce loved this. His stories were amazing. He had just finished working with Brad Pitt!
The grand finale was at The Ritz in Paris. We had requested suites throughout our trip and were disappointed when we arrived to find out we had Cinderella’s closet. It was a small room with twin beds and not much room at all for luggage. We were told there was nothing else available. We thought we would just move to another hotel. We were so disappointed and called Susan for suggestions. Immediately, she was on it. We were stunned! Somehow, they found a suite for us. You and your agents are truly remarkable. The end of our trip was magnificent, especially being able to stay at The Ritz in a beautiful suite!
Bruce and I want to thank you and everyone on your staff for making this the most memorable incredible experience of our lives.
All four of us loved every minute of it! The ship was amazing, and our favorite parts were Nice, Barcelona, Tuscany and of course Pompeii. We weren’t too crazy about Rome as we felt like cattle going through Vatican City. Also, Corsica wasn’t great but that’s ok! There is really nothing we can complain about. We loved the trip! Thank you so much for booking it for us.!
Now that we have returned home and have had a chance to get caught up a bit, I wish to send a big Thank You to you and your team. The detailed planning, hotel arrangements, and dining recommendations have made it a very memorable trip. Diane and I particularly enjoyed the visits to the 3 beautiful lakeside locations of Lindau, Ascona, and Konstanz. Each of them offered uniquely different experiences that we will remember forever! So, thanks again!

We cannot thank you all enough for always being so kind and helpful, and for planning such a wonderful trip for us. We really had the time of our life, and are looking forward to going again.

I loved the boat, the staff, the quality of the excursions and the food of course was amazing! I loved learning about river cruising and the navigation, tides, flora, and fauna, etc. Those details were new to me so really enjoyed that. Loved being with friends I haven’t seen in a while and whom I have traveled with before.
The vineyards and Chateaus were amazing. What a beautiful time of the year to see those beautiful and extensive rolling hills and fields covered with beautiful grapevines and learn about the art of creating fine wine. The fog in the morning and the smooth sailing was amazing Loved visiting the towns in the Bordeaux region and the extended visit to Paris was also great!
